Privacy Policy

We collect the account information needed to operate AutoDM, including your sign-in identity, connected Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages, profile names and images, automation rules, tracked links, and delivery activity.

When an automation runs, we process the related public comment, commenter identifier or username, message delivery status, and basic operational logs. Tracked links record the time of a visit and limited request information such as browser user agent and referrer.

We use this information to authenticate you, discover the social accounts you authorize, run your comment-to-message automations, prevent duplicate replies, measure link activity, secure the service, diagnose failures, and provide account support. We do not sell personal information.

AutoDM receives authorized platform data through official Meta APIs. We use service providers including Clerk for authentication, Convex and Neon for application data, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to AutoDM and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

We retain connected-account and automation data while your workspace is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may revoke AutoDM in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Meta's deauthorization and deletion callbacks remove the associated connection data automatically. You may also review our data deletion instructions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, signed webhook verification, encrypted connections, and restricted production credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may disconnect social accounts, pause automations, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing support@1centfinds.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

AutoDM is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
