These terms govern access to and use of AutoDM. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using AutoDM
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and authorized to manage every social account you connect. You are responsible for your workspace, credentials, automation rules, message content, destinations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Acceptable automation
Use AutoDM only for legitimate, consent-aware communications. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, platform manipulation, or attempts to evade messaging limits and safeguards.
Third-party platforms
AutoDM relies on third-party services and APIs, including Meta products. Their availability, permissions, review requirements, limits, and policies can change. AutoDM is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta, TikTok, or X, and cannot guarantee continued access to a third-party platform.
Service operation
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or platform compatibility. We may restrict an account that creates security risk, violates these terms, or threatens the service or other users.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant AutoDM the limited permission needed to process that content and authorized platform data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices.
Disclaimers and liability
AutoDM is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including losses caused by third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions.
Changes and contact
